CVE-2019-10081: Apache HTTP Server

High severity, CVSS 7.5. EPSS: 14.6% chance of exploitation in the next 30 days.

HTTP/2 (2.4.20 through 2.4.39) very early pushes, for example configured with "H2PushResource", could lead to an overwrite of memory in the pushing request's pool, leading to crashes. The memory copied is that of the configured push link header values, not data supplied by the client.

Affected products

  • Apache HTTP Server: from 2.4.20, up to and including 2.4.39
  • Debian Debian Linux: version 9.0 only; version 10.0 only
